Top Tip # 1: Something is Better than Nothing


I am not talking about abusive relationships here. I am talking about effort:

A walk may not be a marathon but it is better than no exercise. Go on. Get off the couch. Even if it only for 5 minutes or to walk up and down the staircase twice. SOMETHING is better than NOTHING.

A crap paragraph is better than no words written on an essay question.

A late birthday card is better than no gift.

Do something. Anything. It's better than nothing.

And if it's the wrong thing, you can fix that later.
